This very interesting meeting was held on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the Municipal Library of Imperia at the initiative of the Association ‘Friends of the Historic Mills’ of Italy. The “Routes of the Olive Tree” participated and was represented by Marinella Katsilieri (Dr in History of Civilisations and head of Planning and Development Dpt of the Foundation “Routes of the Olive Tree’), who presented the evolution of the traditional mills (18th-20th centuries).
