The Routes of the Olive Tree take part in the Hellenic Platform for Development campaign
The Greek Platform for Development for the second year coordinates the largest campaign for the Global Goals, “17 Days 17 Sustainable Development Goals” # 17days17goalsgr.
From September 14th to September 30th along with 77 civil society organizations, institutions, schools, universities, municipalities, initiatives and other structures are presenting a 17 day program that is being implemented in 25 cities of Greece and Cyprus. The program includes festivals, children’s workshops, public events, informative workshops, discussions, exhibitions etc. promoting actions that incorporate the 17 Sustainable Development Goals into daily life and highlight the urgent need to implement Agenda 2030.
The goal of the “17 Days 17 Sustainable Development Goals” campaign is to provide essential information to the 17 Global Goals and to actively involve local people in mobilizing stakeholders and creating good practices for their implementation. The purpose is to engage everyone to achieve a sustainable, inclusive, fair and green future for all.
