The “Routes of the Olive Tree” participated in the 11th edition of the Training Academy on Cultural Routes that successfully took place in Brindisi, Italy, from 4th to 7th June 2024. The Training Acdemy was organised by the European Institute of the Cultural Routes (EICR) and the European Association of the Via Francigena Ways (EAVF), carrier network of the Via Francigena (certified Cultural Route of the Council of Europe since 1994), with the support of the Apulia region and the city of Brindisi, and in cooperation with the association “Brindisi e le Antiche Strade”.
The theme of the Training Academy 2024 was “European cooperation and sustainable development”, and the OTRoutes participated in the fruitful workshops, represented by Ms. Francesca Maimone, Executive Assistant in Communication.
The Training Academy on Cultural Routes represents a valuable opportunity to share best practices and strengthen collaboration between Cultural Routes, and an important moment of meeting and dialogue that pushes us to always look forward and develop our values and community sense that connects the Routes.
