The 9th Council of Europe Training Academy for Cultural Routes 2022 will take place in Fontainebleau (France)
The Council of Europe’s European Institute of Cultural Routes, the French Ministry of Culture, the Routes of Impressionism – a COE Cultural Route since 2018 -, and the Seine-et-Marne Region are organising the 9th Council of Europe Cultural Routes Training Academy for Cultural Routes, from 31 May to 3 June 2022.
As the pandemic has prevented the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe from meeting for the last three years, time will be dedicated to cooperation between representatives of the COE Cultural Routes, especially the newly certified ones.
The theme of the 2022 Training Academy will be “Cultural Tourism” and the training seminars will explore new trends and innovative strategies in the post-Covid environment.
Working groups, composed of representatives of the Cultural Routes set up in recent months, have been working on the themes and proposals to be discussed at the Forum in Fontainebleau. In this place full of heritage and history, where the 45 Routes of the Council of Europe’s Cultural Council will have the opportunity to exchange views and learn about new strategies for cultural tourism, the “Routes of the Olive Tree” will be present and represented by the partner and member of the Network, Mrs. Victoire Bancons
