From 7 to 11 of November, the โRoutes of the Olive Treeโ participated in a very interesting international meeting in the framework of the EU Erasmus+ project: YOUTH4CULTURE.
The meeting took place in the city of Faenza, Italy, and the topic was:
In these 5 days, through different workshops we explored how to disseminate and increase awareness among youngsters, via 4 non-formal education sessions:
1) Cultural heritage management and youth deep dives: Sharing the best regional and local practices
2) Social Media Marathon: improve dissemination skills through social media
3) Cultural Routes City Walk: Guided visits, best practices and good examples linked to civic participation and the Cultural Routes.
4) Ideas market workshop: Brainstorming workshop to build and debate about new strategies for youth civic involvement.
The meeting was organized by the European Route of Ceramics which was responsible for the organization of all the fruitful sessions and excellent guided tours, in which we had the opportunity to participate and get to know the rich heritage of Faenza in ceramic art.
The next meeting in the framework of the European Erasmus+ programme YOUTH4CULTURE will take place at the beginning of March 2023 in the city of Kalamata (Greece).
