A KERASMA from the ‘Routes of the Olive Tree’ for the refugees who fled their country. Because, you don’t become a refugee by choice, but by necessity.
Refugees are people who have been forced to flee their country in order to be able to live safely. It was not their choice. History has shown that any of us can find ourselves in this position from one day to the other.
Demonstrating its sensitivity and concern about this subject, the Cultural Foundation ‘Routes of the Olive Tree’ has created the publication KERASMA. This work, which is available in 3 languages (Greek, English, French), describes the journey and experiences of refugees and moreover, the importance of hospitality.
On the occasion of World Refugee Day, let us take some minutes of our time to reflect on what are the causes of this ongoing drama. And let us not forget that as long as we remain silent, nothing can change the evils and injustices of the world…
