Hispanic oil: Corpus of stamps on Dressel 20 amphorae

This is the third part of the trilogy devoted to the three keys to the economy of Roman Hispania: after wine, salted meats and fish sauces, it is Hispanic oil that concludes the study of the main food products transported in amphorae. Oil is undoubtedly the most important and emblematic of these products; it is also the one that has the richest archaeological and epigraphic sources for understanding Roman trade.
