Ethnological study for an Olive Tree Road

This book is a report presenting the results of ethnological research carried out as part of a study prior to setting up an agro-tourism and cultural itinerary around the theme of the olive tree in Provence. The project arose from a meeting between olive-growing socio-professionals and APARE, an association for regional participation and action, which has been campaigning for ten years to protect and develop olive-growing sites in Provence.
