The soul and creator of Comptoir de Messénie is Maud Marchal, a young, charming and dynamic entrepreneur, a long-standing friend of the Routes of the Olive Tree and of us all? Maud has spent the last 10 years exploring the gastrronomic treasures of Greece and proposing them to her homeland!
